I'm sure there are a couple out there that might have a manufacturing issue but the majority of them don't have problems.
Thats all well and good but it does not justify so many oversights. When i got my rails there were gnurls or aluminum from where they drilled the injector holes inside the secondary rail. Just yet another unacceptable flaw that i got from my kg parts rail. Just because you sold so many kits does in no way mean that they are acceptable or good. All i'm saying is that i'm glad that i have another choice for not too much more money. The kg parts rails are a terrible joke to me for a car that deserves much more attention to detail.

Sounds like you got one that is out of the norm. If they were not an acceptable rail I wouldn't sell them or install them on many 500HP+ cars. Fact is they work fine.
We also sell the CJ motorsports rails which are a nice rail also for more money, but they all do the same thing. It really comes down to how much do you want to spend on fuel rails.

Still looking at about a month out. We will be offering the FD secondary in 48mm and also 34mm length for ID2000's which will fit with the stock ACV.
Very interested in secondary rails that keep the ACV. Can we get a progress update?
Thanks!

I lowered our secondary rail for the ID2000 injectors with no tophats to see if the ACV fits... its possible. The lowest bolt of the 3 would need to be changed to a countersunk cap screw and a countersinking bit would have to be run on the bolt "hole" on the ACV after shaving it a bit lower... probably not worth the hour of work, but if someone really really wanted to run it, its possible.

There are a few things that set the CJ rails apart:
- multiple configurations, 2 injectors, 4 injectors, y'd secondary for parallel plumbing, etc..
- amazing look and mount more securely due to the thick aluminum spacers used
- new development that allows the use of a fuel pulsation dampener. I'll be switching to that version later on. I've had KG, Rotary Extreme, and now the CJ rails, nothing comes close to the CJ rails.

Some of us still have to keep emissions equipment, so yes, it could be worth the time.

Thanks for looking into this FFE!

^^^ Just to make sure there is no confusion, I am not affliated with FFE at all. I work at CJM.

I believe that FFE is suggesting that their secondary rail with ID2000s, when it becomes available, may fit with the ACV without the modifications I just mentioned. You will want to contact them directly regarding that.

Our CJM rails will require light modification to the ACV to fit with ID2000s. I just test fit it really quick since we have an extra engine sitting here for test fitting, and you guys were talking about it... so I was curious.

My apologies... I was jumping back and forth between forums and thought you were associated with them. Oops, sorry!

I'm happy to hear that more then one group is working on a rail solution with ID2000's and keeping the ACV. I'll be upgrading my fuel system later this summer, and would love to buy a finished product. Thanks for doing this!

Are you replacing your stock primary injectors? If yes, then depending on brand/type of injector you will need to. If no, then no.

Not trying to revive this or thread jack, but have a question about injector lengths. I have the Kg rails and want to switch to the ev14 style injector but they come in a few different lengths. what is the standard injector length for the kg rails? 60mm? or 48mm? also do the kg rails have a 11mm or 14mm injector input.
