All M2/ASP intercooler owners please read
Apprently there is an extension that was made to the intercooler duct that i wasnt aware of nor have i seen on any cars here. Anyways the original designer posted the quote below...anyone interested?

An optional extension to the duct actually comes with the kit already. I think M2 stopped including them awhile back but they are in the kits now that it's back to ASP. It's a scoop that connects to the lower lip of the main duct and ends up taking about half of the area of the main radiator/IC opening. The nice part about it is if your car runs too hot with it you can always remove it to allow more air back to the radiator. It allows you to shift about 50% of the total airflow from the nose of the car through the IC. People have always been so worried about air to the radiators that the lower scoop wasn't used as often.
If someone wants to actually organize it and handle shipping stuff I could probably get my fiberglass guy to make a mess of them cheap for people that bought them as M2 when it was left out. I'll try to find some pictures of it installed.

The basic snorklel without the extension doesnt provide enough air flow....ever touch the back of that intercooler? You think that thing is cooling or heating....i really dont know sometimes.

Thanks for finding the pic Ryan. Just a little note, you actually need to cut the sides of that scoop down, a simple jig saw works fine. As for the cost, it won't be much. I don't want to handle or organize this though. I just want to ship a big mess of them to someone else and let them sort it out. Sorry that's the reason Jason sells the IC's. I don't have time to do customer service usually, the recent hot topics have already taken more time than I actually have. Half the people in the other threads are completely full of crap but sadly I don't have the time to argue it out nor really the desire to.
As for price I haven't a clue right now. I'll have to talk to my fiberglass guy. I'm just guessing but it would be like $20 to $30 or something petty like that, plus whatever the person organizing it needs to make it worth their time to ship stuff etc.

Yeah, and I'll bet 70 of those views were by people who don't have M2/ASPs, because people browse most of the threads.
Behold, after 6:00 EST, when people get home, the responses started piling in. He was impatient, and so were you, and that is blatantly obvious by the skew on the responses.
If you want to be helpful, why don't you see if you can help tjgosurf in his problems thread with the installation of his camshaft, piston ring, civic airbox and (best of all) turbo upgrade to the radiator?

Well the paint is different, and its got alot of dents, but it has a silver wing. So anyways i bought a turbo for it right, and im having this huge problem, i pulled the fan off, but how do you connect this turbo thingie to the fan so it spins?

I forgot to add, I bought a bigger cam shaft, it came out of a 427 engine, it should work right? I bought it from a guy 3 blocks down from my old girlfriends girlfriends(not a typo) house. You know where. Where does it go on the engine? I also got a piston ring kit from the guy too who sold me a cold air intake for a civic but he said it would fit.
