but we are having trouble cause we dont wanna delete the a/c i refuse to delete it and the condenser and dryer is in the way of this?!! what can i do ?
i kno it can be done but i think we're over thinking it, we took some measurements and not lookin so good
and is the greddy intercooler good for 600 hp?

do a quick search on the forum.
but from my understanding you can't have AC and single swap. However i could be wrong. i just never seen it.
Also not rain on your parade but a 600 hp 35R FD ain't happening. you need to run a 42r or something bigger on our cars for you to make numbers above the 500 range. unless u plan on running over 20psi.

If the IC is the issue, install a different one. I ran a GT35R with the Blitz FMIC and kept the A/C for many years. You must rebend the lines and stand the condensor up, then relocate the dryer since the radiator will also be in the upright position.

Don't install that crap. Get a good brand name intercooler such as Blitz, Apexi, Greddy, etc. Even the cheaper Greddy M Specs will be more than sufficient for 500 hp+. All of the ones listed allow you to retain the air conditioning. The biggest thing you have to do is carefully bend some of the lines and re-mount the dryer. It really isn't that big of a deal. Worse care you can make custom lines but you really shouldn't need to. If your mechanic says he can't do it, bring the car to me and I will gladly so so. Check out the 450 hp single turbo cym fd that was in super street and import tuner a couple months ago. Its a Florida car I built that can be driven all day in 100 degree weather with the a/c on and won't over heat. I'm doing another car right now that has a 35r turbo, apexi front mount, and will retain full a/c. Our shop demo car is making over 500 on the Blitz front mount. Its really not the horsepower rating of the intercooler you should be looking at. Its the cfm and intake temps. That being said, there is a Blitz inercooler in the for sale section currently.

I made over 500whp with the Blitz, the only reason it came out of my car was that I needed a little more room for the 20B.
Keep in mind that with any IC you install you are still going to need AI to achieve your HP goal. So get something that will not cause a lot of pressure drop or lag, the AI will keep your IAT's down for you. The nice part about the Blitz is that it has very short IC piping since the inlet and outlet are on top of the core. It also does not block your radiator completly, like the Greddy (and knock off) kits.

There was a Blitz intercooler for sale in the classified sections earlier. You just need to look around. And you will definitely need meth/water injection regardless of what intercooler you run for you power goals. We recommend it for any car over 350 hp if you want it to last.

I am currently running a GT35R with Rotary Extreme track Vmount kit. Works perfectly with A/C...
Even their Monster Vmount which has an even larger core retains the A/C. Though the Track kit is easily large enough for 500whp with meth.
