Air bag codes?

Air bag codes?
I'm getting some air bag light flashes. 10 short flashes. After searching the forum I found this to mean "Faulty Diagnostic Module Due To Open System-Down Fuse". I'm not sure, but I think the module is located near the gas pedal under the dash behind the radio... please correct me if I'm wrong. Another thing, where is this "system-down" fuse located. I can't find anything in the manual. Thanks
