Add coolant buzzer, please help!
So... last night when driving very easy (No boost, car was cold) home from my girlfriends, my coolant buzzer came on. Which was no problem, I pulled over, called a friend and got some water. Parked the car in my garrage, topped up and went to bed.
Got up the next morning, started up the car with no problems and decided to go for a drive before work. Figured that i'd have the coolant light come on again asking for more water. So I went out and it was fine, got on the boost a bit revved out 2nd gear and shifting into third with a huge backfire. I was satasfied at this point, so I took it easy and made my way to work.
Not long after the backfire my coolant buzzer came on again, so I pulled over, shut off the car and topped up. There was a tiny amount of smoke coming from the engine bay that was semi-sweet, but also quite nasty haha. So after topping up I continued on my way to work, but not long after the coolant buzzer came on again. So again, I repeat the process and the same smell came again.
(BTW, througout this whole process the car boosted and ran totally fine, stable idle.. just like usual, started up just fine too with no odd problems)
Finally got to work, shut off the car and there was a little bit of that same smell. So I booked an apointment to have the cars cooling system pressure tested and totally flushed. (Good thing I work at a dealership haha, they squeezed me in today)
So.. to my question. What's going on here? Is this smell normal? I figured it must just be from the little bit of overflow that happened when I was filling up.
Comments, sugestions, anything? Please help

You may have a crack(s) on your coolant seal. My Fd was doing that too for a while. What did the test say? You can also try and check the connection on the sensor beside the coolant filler neck.

read this thread in particular:

sounds like you have some kind of leak where coolant is being released while the car is running. probably related to an old hose that or hose clamp that is old and loose.

Not getting the work done till about 3:30pm today, i'll post what the test says then.
Cracked coolant seal?!?! Are we talking internals here? How much is this going to cost? I can deal with replacing a line or clamp.. but a seal!?
Could it be a seal? Please tell me not haha
