Exclamation ABS Not Working

Hey guys, just trying to see if anyone here knows of an ABS component that would go bad from having air in the system. Currently, the ABS code is beeping, along with the ABS system not functioning (aka brakes lock up).

I was installing an engine brace that required me to remove the ABS pump. After reinstalling everything, and bleeding the brakes, I had a spongy pedal. After a couple of brake pumps, it would harden up for a little bit before getting spongy again. Bled the brakes a bunch more times, and could not figure out why it felt like air was in the system... I even drove it around the block to see if it would change or get better.

While driving around the block, the ABS code did not start beeping until I tried to use the brakes when driving, then it started staying on all the time. Once again, I bled the brakes, but this time I noticed what I was doing wrong. I have a big brake kit in the front, and there are two bleeders per caliper. I failed to bleed the the ones hidden in the back. After properly bleeding the calipers, the brakes are rock solid, but the ABS code will not go away. It comes on right away after starting the car, and does not go away. I've tried resetting the electronics by disconnecting the battery with no luck. Any ideas what could have happened?
