About to port wastegate....guide me
Okay, i know i need a die grinder and some bits. I found an electric rotary grinder from sears, Craftsman. Good? Or would a dremel suffice? (i don't have either, so it'll be a purchase either way)
What bits should i get? What size, material, etc should i grind with? Someone said a carbide deburring bit, but they don't know what that is and neither do i. Part numbers or really good descriptions would help.
When I pull the turbos off, should I replace all the gaskets? I talked to mazda, and it's something like 90 bucks for the two big gaskets, and $3 each for the little ones around the tubing.
Tips/tricks/hints/help, all welcome
Thanks guys.

i used one shaped like #3..
theres no real need to replace the gaskets unless their shot..their metal so theyll hold up fine...
tips or trics..hmm wearearplugs..and a dust mask..and eye protection...work in a circular motion dont just grind one spot to desired removal...ohh if u disconect the wg from the flapper..then take a pencil and skeck out the edge of the flap it makes it much easier b/c u can fire the flange open...
if u need any more help or ideas
feel free to ask
