99 spec turbo restricters vs 93 spec pills

Are the built-in restricters on the 99 spec twins the same size as the separate pills used in the 93 spec cars?

I don't know for certain that they are the same. I assume they are since the turbos are similar, and are designed to produce the same boost pattern.

I also think that the 94 & 95 turbos (with nipple restrictors) have the same size openings as the pills.
