i was just wondering what material is the 99 spec sideskirts. the ones i have feels like rubber/foam. is it suppose to be like that? idk i was expecting plastic maybe im not used to it. sorry for the noob question.

 

That is the right material, it is polyeurothane...same matrial as the bumpers...

on another note, does anyone know what i need to install this? as in the hardware. thanks for the help
