I would like to suggest you check all the lines. Especially the metal ones under the manifold. My mechanic found one of the lines was clogged. He checked everything out, the solenoids, the turbo control actuators, and more. Everything checked out fine. He just happen to check the metal lines in the rats nest and found that one was clogged. I hope this helps.

This car has a Greddy High flow cat fitted with a full 3" exhaust, The car seems to run fine. how can i tell if the cat is blocked?
Would'nt both Turbos loose boost? i thought the cat beening blocked just affected throttle responce and and Power?
The story is the car has just had some work done to the Turbo control Solanoide and that had the same symptoms (loss of secondery Boost). The Engine was rebuilt 5k ago every thing was checked and cleaned at the time, it just seems to be a coincidence that the air pump has gone while he's having problems with his Turbo, the guy whos doing the work seems to think it could be related but i am not that clued up on gen 3's.
Thanks
