6 PSI of boost what the hell

Hi everyone I bought a car with a blown engine luckily i knew that going in and i got it for a good deal I recently had the engine rebuilt with new rotor housings and a mild street port and 3MM apex seals. I finished breaking the car in and then i had my power FC installed and i dont know if its not tuned well enough or what but im onoly getting only 6 PSI and when i shift my boost is gone and im well above 4500 RPM please rotary genius let me no what you think.

did you replace all the vacuum lines and forget the pill?

yeah all the vacuum lines were replaced with the engine rebuild.
