HEHE....INFO.....INFO
Leading advance @ full torque set at 12 degrees...
believe it or not...I NEVER changed leading timing....did mess w/ everything
Still going over my dyno run logs...
Knock #s were all below 50.....need to make sure the knock sensor is working

does that mean i'm sworn to silence too?

John,
Congrats!
Was that corrected horsepower?
Would you mind posting a log of your dyno run? It wouldn't be giving away thing, but it would go along way to shutting down the critics. It would show max INJ duty cycle through out the run, intake air temp., and RPM and knock besides other things. Oh, if might show AFR if you have that being logged, right?

Ernie: Would you believe me if I told you the air temps were rock solid on every dyno run???
Actually they would drop 3-4 degrees Celcius by the end of 4th gear pull......Greddy 3 row for you
I agree about the turbos self-grenading but as far as the engine I'll keep an eye everything.
I monitored everything.....knock, air temps, inj duty...so on
I made over 40 passes on the dyno...mostly 3rd gear pulls...just the last few were 4th gear.
What killed was shitty plugs at the begining....then with used NGK 11 in there it was a roll again.
There's no secrets about my car...nothing special...anyone could duplicate the set up...
My mods have been listed before....here it is again:
Stock motor & turbos (non-seq)
PowerFC ECU w/ datalogit
Greddy 3 row front mount
Greddy PE cat-back
Greddy pulleys
Greddy Elbow(intake)
Crane Hi-6
mid pipe,, down pipe
300m chromoly axles
turboII diff
NGK 11 plugs
EVC IV boost controller...newest addition
I think that's it.........
The rest is tunning.....

Someone should just put up the compressor maps for the stock twins...
That should give you the surge line, and the true mathematical effciencies of the turbos at what CFM and at what pressures...
This will ultimately give you the correct range to stay within for optimal turbo life.

People run single turbo setups with similar components just fine. As long as everything else is in check (A/F, charge temps, etc), then the components/engine will be fine.

My friend's FD put 397whp@17psi with non-seq turbos and the mods in my signature. Apart from the turbos, we have the same setup. I am in the process of turning my turbos to non-seq and retuning hoping for at least 385whp.

You don't *need* to go non-seq to get these power levels on twins. You just need lots of intelligent supporting mods and a damn good tune.
I'm currently running (sequentially) 340rwhp (at 1.2bar) as measured by a Dyno-Dynamics brand dyno. This dyno type will typically show 15-18% lower power figures then the traditional American dyno. That translates into just about 400 at the wheels.
Aside from Injectors and Solenoids needing replacing everything is running fine on mine.

^ Are you running any water/other type of injection to support this setup. I'm curious because i plan on tuning my setup on streetport/stock twins(non-seq.) on about 1 bar and would like to know if i have the correct mods to support this power safely with the help of a good tuner.
Thanks,
Zach

Water injection is DEFINITELY a worthwhile investment!!

From: FL-->NJ/NYC again!
Keep in mind Fendamonkey is running BNRs, which are a full 20% larger than stock wrt compressor wheel, turbine wheel, and shaft sizing.
JD/Boostn7s car was optimized with the stock twins, and it won't be easily duplicated.
Hoping to make a true (125+ mph trap speeds) 400 rwhp on the stock twins over a long period of time isn't feasible IMHO.

BNRs will get 400whp easily. I managed to get 361whp at 17psi sequential turbos. Like i said earlier, i am converting to non-seq, removing flaps, retuning at 17 or 18psi looking for at least 385whp.....at this with race gas(sunoco gt plus)
i will keep you posted with results.
