KS 300k5 or k4 Alt belt

Please read this before you get out your flamethrowers! I am trying to get my car back together and have hit a wall on a simple item. I need a 30" 5k belt and can't seem to find one at any parts store. I know this issue has been covered on this forum many times, but in searching through the post I did not find what I needed to know. As I understand it I should not go to the Greedy type aftermarket pulley set up because of the water pump I have installed. The pump manufacturer specifically states not to use the Greedy type setup. Other posts talk about using other sized like 30.5 4k, 29.5 4k, or even 29 4k belts. I tried the 30.5 4k and could not get close to tight on it. I got a 29.75" 4K from NAPA and walked it on with the Alternator as low as I can get it, but it is tighter than it ought to be. I don't want to side load my mains and ruin a motor prematurely over a belt. Several post say that a 30" 4 or 5k belt is hard to find. Does that mean they are made and therefore should be available if you know where to look? If someone has a website or part number for the right size belt it would be much appreciated. By the way I have already tried NAPA, AutoZone, and O'Rielly's. An on-line search did not net me anything either.

This is what worked for me:

Belt size with Unorthodox main pulley, Greddy WP and ALT pulleys, and air pump
I did lots of searching for this belt size but found nothing beyond "get some string, measure, and then go to Pep Boys". Even Banzia Racing's belt guide did not have this combination listed.

It took a few trips back and forth, but eventually I found that the 1385mm (54.5") belt did the trick. The Goodyear Gatorback part number is 5PK1385 (or 4050545). This is a 5-rib belt.

I also found that the 1000mm belt recommended by Banzai for the Unorthodox main and stock AC and PS pulleys would not fit and I needed a 1015mm belt (6PK1015, 4060400). This is a 6-rib belt. I had the idler pulley to the maximum open position too. Not sure what other peoples experiences are here.

FYI, the RX7 Store and cheapo eBay WP and ALT pulleys are the same size as the Greddys.

Inches are so old school!

Here's a 30" 4 rib belt. I used this exact same one for a while. Not the perfect 5 rib belt, but it'll get you by.
