2013 FD Calendar Picture Submittal
Hey Everyone,
For the past 3 years I have put together the Official FD Calendar (link to 2012 calendar) , and I need to start collecting pictures for the 2013 calendar.
If you remember the previous versions, the members of the forum submitted pictures in a thread similar to this, then I started a few polls and everyone one voted for their favorites. I then made the calendars and sold them in a group buy (see link above, please note 2012 calendars are sold out, do not try to order them).
In order to get orders out in time for the holidays, I need to receive pictures over the next 3-4 weeks. Then the voting will begin.
I'm looking for artistic shots, so even if your car is amazing it may not make it, the picture as a whole needs to look good. You can post whatever resolution you want on here, but if you are selected to be in the calendar, you must have the same picture in high resolution (at least 1GB), or else it won't look good when the calendar is actually printed. (Last year I couldn't use 3 of the winners because they didn't have high res pics when it came time for me to make the calendar)
When submitting your picture, please provide a brief statement saying that I can use the picture for the calendar (and if you didn't take the picture yourself, you need to have the photographer provide approval (if they aren't a member, please just ask for my email address). If you don't perform this step, your picture won't be included in the polls (last year one of the winners didn't get into the final calendar because the photographer wouldn't provide approval).
If you are interested in being a sponsor, please send me a PM. The sponsorship will help bring the price down for forum members, and the sponsor will get similar calendar space as last year (see link above to see last year's).
Speaking of sponsors, one of last years gold sponsors (also a great vendor here on the rx7club), Polak Graphics, has signed up already and will be the main sponsor of the Calendar, and will also be the point of sale: Custom Apparel & Decals
Calendars will be ready for purchase in the beginning of December (in time to receive them and give them out as Holiday gifts).
Thanks, and let the pictures flow. Do not forgot to provide a statement saying that you took the pictures and are giving permission to use them. If a photographer took them, please send me a PM and you can then have him/her email me.

Ok, here I go, I'm new here so this are my best shots so far, taken 2 days after I got the car and detailed it. The shots were taken in the Energy Cooridor in Houston at the BP campus. High-resolution shots are available if needed
