2 issues after twins swap, please help

Hi everyone.
Here's the breakdown:
I had my mechanic swap the turbos. He did a good job overall, there seems to be absolutely no issues with what was done, except for what follows:
I have an oil leak. I put the car on the hoist and -although I am in the process of confirming this 100%- it seems that the secondary oil return line is leaking from the turbo side.
All gaskets were new, I thought that the bolts could be loose, but when I tried to tighten them, as soon as I touched them, it feels that they might be on the way to strip.
I didn't force anything, I just cleaned everything up, I am going to re-check to confirm the source of the leak on Tuesday (doing some drive around this weekend).
Also, it appears that the return line he installed doesn't have that little shield looking cover, but is like the one going to the primary (has accordion-like midsection).

1) If there is an issue with the bolts stripping, what do you suggest? Can anything be done without removing the whole assembly? Is there any locking/tightening trick I can use? Should I try to actually tighten these some more?
2) Is that line OK not having that shield?

Once again, apologies in case this is posted. I looked a lot but I don't seem to find this problem.
Please give me a hand, and thank you for the support

stripped bolts allways annoy the **** outta me. Id get it fixed so it wont always be in the back of your mind as something that needs to be fixed.

Go to a bolt store... not sure whats in your area, and buy a HELICOIL kit. That will allow you to in a sence put new threads in there and it will be just as strong if not stronger.

As for the shield... im not sure, ive never owned a fd, but on my fc and fb I removed heat shielding, although I kinda regretted doing it on the FC. Id get it back on if you can.

Thank you

Thank you for the suggestion. I believe that it is probably the best convenience/effectiveness combo available given the situation.
Given the location, however, would you know if it is possible to re-thread with the helicoil kit?
Any more takers?

Probably not, because even with the Helicoil, you'll still generally need to drill out the hole. It may be strong enough to all you to re-thread, but I've never tried that.
If you just want to try re-threading, you might be better off using a slightly larger tap.

clean out the the threads with a tap(the same size), and get a new bolt and put some teflon on it (liquid or tape). torque it down to spec and let it dry overnight to make sure; you shouldnt have oil leaks afterwards

Thank you, this sounds simple enough...
One question (and forgive my inexperience)...
Will I be able to stick a tap in there?
I had to use a ratchet with several extensions and an angled connection to get to those bolts...
PS
Are you sure this would allow me to torque down to specs?

OK, any other ideas?
What if I don't clean the threads with the tap and put the teflon tape and then retorque?

You are going to have to pull the turbos to fix it.
