You know, I went to the drag races yesterday to watch the top fuel dudes duke it out...There were also some other older hopped up big blocks "flying" down the track...I mean these guys had motors towering over the roof of the car and loud as hell...But they are bustin times like 11s-13s with big *** sticky tires, huge burnouts, and everything

I think being on this board and used to seeing times from 13 and below I was thinking all those guys would be running 11 and below...Weird. I don't now why I posted, It was just not what I expected to see. hmmm

Having a fast car and reading about them on the forum all day long imunes you to speed. I used to think low 13's was fast till I was there. Then I though mid 12's would be fast till I ran a 12.3 with intake, exhaust, base map PFC and suddenly it didnt seem fast anymore. Now I'm daily driving a car that I ran 125mph in the 1/4 on pump gas and to be quite honest I've been thinking of making my tuning more aggressive to get faster.

You just get numb to whats actually fast.

Actually running 17-18 psi on stockers is not the way to go. You will fry them shortly. They are not made to be pushing that much boost. I know Stephan's are not stock Point is, you are much safer with fewer worries if you go single.

Now, for the perfect single kit to come out....
