Great! Looks a little weathered. If some of the aftermarket parts are genuine Mugen, they may have considerable value:

Mazdaspeed hood?
Re-a Dolphn Muffler?
Ganardor mirrors?

Condition, of course, may affect value, but cool to have none the less.

You can do price discovery on Yahoo Japan (direct or through Buyee).

I left my windshield shippers marks on for about six months. Mine said "Yokohama".

Please post up more detail pics of the front bumper. I'd like to see if there is a match in the old tuner mags.

Looks like a great base to build on! And those ganadors are a great find. I’ve been looking to pick some up but 2k for mirrors is a bit much for a student lol

Great base for sure

It needs some work, but that’s why I got it (and for the price I did too)

Engine is strong, great compression.

not sure on muffler, but ive always wanted the turn-down dolphin style.

not sure on the kit, hood, or wing. All glass, no carbon. Genuine ganadors, at least from the material, inner springs, and glass. Need to pull them to verify the sticker. I am very excited to have this car though.

great tip for buyee, I have looked through nearly every page on yahoo, mercari, and rakuten.

I had a shop throw on the SSR wheels before shipping it.

the bumper looks like that VIS bumper but havent truly ID’ed it yet. Thanks

The old-timers have a way to preserve their heavily patinated 1950's cars in a way that is cool. It would be cool, in my opinion, to somehow try to preserve the current "track weapon" character of your car.

Ganadors Mirror trades+cash

Im gonna be posting up some fs/trade soon for various parts, but if any of the RHD owners want first dibs, PM me. Any interest in trades+cash for RHD OEM mirrors for my ganadors? Let me know.

Will be pulling them this weekend to confirm the sticker/tag, but they look and feel like real deal, inner springs, glass and all.

I want to get ahold of Ganadors for mine. I have a RHD and can pull my current mirrors (primed and sanded to 1000 gritW) ready for paint or wrap. Let me know if you find they are authentic and how much you wanted!

BC Code ified

Friend with a Spirit R could not find a local shop to run JDM codes to find out what was causing limp mode. Thanks to instruction given by Kypreo, we tried ourselves, with easy success. Code "45" " Charge Control Solenoid.

Easy fix and the Spirit R will be back to being a hit at local Pop-Ups.

Looks very much like that is a Panspeed front bumper:

Sideskirts look like a Mazdaspeed replica of some sort. Still working on it.

its so close! But mine doesn’t come up at the bottom center. Thanks for looking. I coincidentally found the Mazdaspeed side skirts also, I am certain mine are a replica of sorts. No markings on the inside.

i will have the front bumper off soon to check for markings. I still think it’s The J’s from VIS, but don’t know the original!

My rear bumper is a huge mystery to me too. Nothing ive seen comes across the rear quarter the same, and it has a built in “diffuser” (non functional) on the bottom
