Where did you pick up your shroud? I love that it is pretty much plain with just the rx-7 etched in. Beautiful work so far!

Thanks, I just took some cardboard and cut out the shape then had a local fabricator cut the shape out of some aluminum. I Polished it and had the logo engraved.

It looks better then I expected , and with the duct work done around my FMIC and RAD its very effective . Looks great and works... got to love that.

Definately a nice touch! Hide all the front of the engine bay and adds just the right amount of bling!

NICE WORK! That alum. shroud piece is nice. How much did it cost to just cut it? (minus engraving)

65 bucks since it was scrap they had in the shop. All the bling is nice, but if I did it again...most would be powder coated, and the shroud is going to be CF soon. This one will be just for shows. Its alot of up keep. You cant see them but my fuel rails are polished and all my fittings are silver.

here's a not quite up to date shot of my eng.

two 44 lb per minute Garretts, two three inch downpipes.

over 10,000 miles on them to date

headed for the dyno shortly. target is 630 at 23 psi w a bunch of methanol magic.

spool? 200 rwhp at 4300 rpm. better than many GT42s.

double your fun.
