Should Jiffy Lube change my fuel filter?

Should Jiffy Lube change my fuel filter?
I haven't changed my fuel filter since I purchased my car, granted, that wasn't too long ago, but I have no clue as to when it was done prior to that. After reading the write-up on how to do it, it doesn't sound like it's the most fun thing to do, so I figure I'll just have someone else do it. Can a quick-lube place change it? Is there anything they can screw up? Could I be getting a low quality filter if I go to a quicky place?
If I should stay away from these places, where's a good place to get it done? Regular mechanic? Should it be a rotary specialist? (I don't see why it would, but maybe)... Mazda dealership? (they may be more likely to have the correct filter?)
thanks.

Dudes, WTF!! Jiffy Lube is the premier rotary tuner in my state. When I had turbo problems, they added oil. When my AST was leaking, they added oil, I had a cooling issue that required a sit down with the five regional managers of the corporation. After days of intensive study and rigorous computer modeling and testing, it was determined that adding oil would be the best way to approach this difficult mechanical issue. How dare you undermine the great minds at Jiffy Lube. There was a time when I had a problem with my fuel delivery, and a guru at Jiffy Lube, took a massive hit off the synthetic oil bong and voila, my problem was solved, I simply needed to add oil. Jiffy Lube, you're the best.

And they are a subsidiary of Jiffy POP.
So after you Jiffy LUBE you can Jiffy POP. Then take your driving suit to Jiffy Cleaners.
Try it yourself. It's not that bad. Especially if you like the smell of gas!

1st experince with jiffy lube: ALfa Romeo, the 20w50 was empty, but they told me this after they drianed the previous oil.
2nd: RX7, they over filled it by a quart! argh
3rd: VW, underfilled by 1 quart after I told them it was 16v not 8v engine. In addition, didn't screw back the cooant cap porperly left me standed on road.
4th and final encounter: Brought them filter and WASHER for RX7, bastards forgot to put on washer, now I have to tighten the ****** thing every weekend.
WHy did I go so many times? I just couldn't be convinced that people are that stupid, but they are, trust me they can srew up the simplest tasks.

I agree with doing it yourself, the only reason you should even associate with the dealer is if for the factory filter if you have nowhere else to get one...
Jiffy Lube wouldn't even be able to find your fuel filter, much less have a person with enough expertise to reach back above the diff to get it out correctly.
