KBA (Kraftfahrt Bundesamt-Nummer) is similar to the US's DOT, except they are more strict when it comes to cars. Heck you cant even have a slow leak in your tire in Germany. Im sure they are better rims than that in Germany tho. How about some nice BBS wheels?
More pics of the wing. I don't think it looks that bad.

Hey friend,
you should really ask!
Normally you don´t need the KBA-Number. You only need information about the load capability of the rims. And VOLK rims should have a small badge with all the information a TÜV-guy would need to legalize them.
I know alot of guys with VOLK wheels here in germany!
f.e. this S2000 is from a guy here in germany.
He has VOLK Wheels (one of my most favourite wheels of any time!!)
My advans also don´t have a KBA-number.
My opinion is the same as Rx7rcers.
If possible you should never ever change some nice VOLK-Racing Wheel against some german wannabe nice rims.
It is nearly impossible to find nice rims in germany. They try to copy the US style... But unfortunately 5 year old US-style.
KÖNIG produced such wheels 5 years ago. I think this black / silver wtf style is really worn out.
Not only that I would bet that those VOLKS are way better quality in terms of weight and stability than those ETABETAs
And you should consider that you don´t run a 100mph max VW Jetta. You will drive 180mph on the autobahn for sure...
Then you will be thankful to have good quality rims!
I think they have a style that doesen´t go out of date! Like ADVANs or RAYS or GRAMLIGHTS.
Just my 0.02$
If you don´t want to keep them PM me ...
(SORRY FOR OFFTOPIC!!)

Bewtew, I saw that car this past weekend at an oviedo car show. Looked really clean. Didn't get a chance to meet the owner though. I was wondering if I would ever see it again!
