always wondered why more fd ppl don't just pull their fenders like that. shine needs to get a undertray mounted and some fender mirrors

LOL. Definitely. My car was finished last minute. My hood wasn't even painted. Will definitely get that undertray goin.

A fender roll with the fender roller (not a bat) will only get you this far

Bondo and shaping from a pro will get it looking more aggressive.

Most people don't want to repaint their whole car, so that's why you seldom see it. But man, it gives very very good clearance. I don't hit anything at all.

Man that is so clean and I'm jealous of the wheel sizes you can run. Did the fender roller chip your paint? It sort of looks like it did or it didn't come out smooth from the picture.

I wonder if a body shop could just paint the fender part and match the paint well after a roll/pull. If you don't mind me asking, your body guy Makito is from what shop?

The paint did chip from the fender roll and the edges weren't straight. Makito is currently a one man show running a shop he calls, "7 Apple" in Norwalk.

I currently have dunlops in the front. Toyos are a better setup.

oops. I mean 285/30 in the rear, not 280/30

i rolled my fenders and of course they chipped. there is a guy nearby who got his start doing those wild custom van paint jobs and motorcycles. heis amazing with an airbrush. its a famil owned business and i graduated with one of the sons. anyhow they touched up my fenders with a special tiny airbrush a little bit of time some buffing clear coat and i cant even tell they were there i have no idea how they did it but i dont care it looks great and i didnt have to repaint

Shine, beautiful as always! Might I suggest some silver c.f. pillar mounted craft squares and some craft co rear canards to extend the lines of the feed side skirts. Any plans for a spoiler?

Here's my current race car project, the plan is to use in it in Australian circuit racing and tarmac rally events.

It started out as a good condition 1992 base model with zero modifications and just over 100,000km on the clock. I drove it briefly before starting to pull it apart. I put some Nissan GT-R rims (17x9) on it to check clearances (sorry for the camera phone pics).
