i have S5 NA. i don't get much power increase (if any) over 7500 rpm, but i have reved to 8500 rpm easily...didn't want to go any higher. i have a bunch of breathing mods and even more will be done shortly...point still stands that even if i manage to make power all the way to 8000, or even 8500 (yeah right), then 10k would still be useless. i think my 9k tach is impressive enough and will remain to be actually useful even if i decide to go streetport...i don't know if any of you turbo guys ever consider doing that, going to S5 NA tach. don't really see the point though. unless for those of you running ported and EMS making power over 7000?

just because YOU cant build a motor to support 10k rpm doesnt mean nobody else can.
