Carb's suck in cold weather. My sister has a 89 mustang with a 351W in it with a 650 holly! That thing is a bitch to get run in the cold!

I was not flaming him! I was inform him. I think he thought the problem with his car was ECU related(pm him) He has a rebuilt and it just need break-in. That is all!
