Wiring Questions... Gurus please take a look
So I just finished wiring up my S5 NA ---> JDM S5 Turbo using the the NA harness. I do have a few quick question.
1, I have 2 plugs that have no homes apparently (these plugs are located at the end of the far end of the harness where the primary injector sockets are)
A, There is a single wire plug (green/red) that use to go to the sensor that is located right below the water temp. sensor on the NA. But the turbo doesn't seem to have that sensor. Do I just leave it unplugged?
B, There is another single wire plug (yellow/orange) that I have no clue where to put this sucker.
Both plugs are routed thru the big harness plug that DOESN'T go to the ECU. Does anyone know where I can find the wiring diagram for that plug in the FSM?

Does this connector "that does not connect to the ECU" look like the connector in the attached jpg?
If not, then how many sockets are in this large plug that does not connect to the ECU and maybe just two wire colors on the top row of that connector your talking about. Like the top row........wire color on the far left and wire color on the far right of the top row. Plus the number of sockets in that elec plug.
Top of the plug would be where the plastic locking device is located.
Plus..........was this car ever an automatic car? And when you say water temp sensor.....do you mean the water thermo sensor on the back of the water pump housing???????

Hey Hailers,
Attached is the picture of the plug, I got this off the JDM harness but the one on the NA harness is identical.
Also attached were the wires I was telling you about one is yellow/orange and the other is green/black.
As a matter of fact, the car was a Auto and you are correct water thermo sensor is the sensor on the back of the water pump housing.
I'm just trying to figure out what they are. I don't want to tear everything apart just to get to those plugs again.
If you could help that'd be great. Also while we are on the subject of wiring, would it be possible to share the wiring diagram for the main harness (near the starter area). The previous owner hacked it up pretty bad and I'm just trying to piece it together and I can't seem to find it in the FSM.
Thanks Guys.

So after combing the wiring book I figured out the green and black wire was for the water thermosensor and the yellow wire is for the water temp sensor.
The water thermo sensor looks like it is linked to the electric fan circuit for the a/c. Seeing that I removed all the a/c components on the car it seems as though I do not need it.
But just curious do that sensor even exist on the jdm tii engines?
The yellow wire looks as though it's connected to the water temp gauge in the gauge cluster. Does anyone know exactly where this sensor is on the jdm tii engines?
