wiper/dash fan/sunroof problem

Hey, guys, I have a bit of an interesting problem. Ok, when I turn the car on (past accessory) but do not turn on the engine, my wipers, sunroof, and dash fan all work fine. However, when I turn on the engine, none of the three work... anybody have any ideas why this is occurring? (I'm assuming it has something to do with the wires... anybody have any idea what I should check first?)
