Right off the bat.. if its a complete unit.. the s5 would have TWO roller plates on the linkage arm for the TPS whereas the s4 will only have one.

I think thats BDC taking his porting jobs to E-BAY!!

Allright the simple awnser is yes. BEWARE! I just did this the other day I asked this a few weeks ago someone told me yes and I went ahead and swaped my ported polished and moded TB for a S5 onto my S4 turbo. I IMMEDIATLY! incounterd a big problem! Undergoing a simple evaluation that keeps geting over looked is the S5's have a electronic OMP. hehe :-) This means you have no oil cooling your rotor face and boom boom goes engin. As well the controller arm for main flappers is shorter on a S5 b/c it dosent need the OMP shaft and the electronic TPS is mounted at a different angle. My opion by one for your car save you alot of work. If you must you will need a S4 TB and a moded S5. You must impack the philips screws from the flappers off and unbold the linkage arm and tap the rod out. Do this to both TB's now take the one from your S4 and slide it into place to the S5 TB. Now place the ending linkage of the controll arm on finger tite the bolt use some red lock tite and slide flapper cookeis in and screw em up. Finish titening the controll arm and aling springs correctly. Take the TPS off the s4 TB mount this onto the S5 only use screw closes to the linkage arm. Now eas back the linkage and position the button on the TPS and the last screw hole of the mounting bracked should just hang over the bolt hole if you screw the bolt into it now it will pinch the bracked against the bolt head and your done. If you want to get technical you can weld some new metal to it and drill it out but ehh this works fine.

Or you can just put it on and do the OMP mod to allways on and use smaller jets inside to slow the oil flow this is how early 13bs ran. racing beat has some knowledge on this check with them for injectors to do this.

If you're still using the OMP system do not mess around with it or the TB. You have no way of knowing whether modding it as suggested with provide sufficient lubrication. A much better idea would be to simply mod and port your own TB or buy a spare S4 TB and do the work on that. This mod really isn't worth paying for.

The OMP is getting sufichant pull same as befor. So However I sugest getting one for your car as you stated NZconvertible then to full around. I had allready purchased one for a s5 b/c I was buying one and the goober sold it out from under me so insted of having it $$ sitting collecting dust I tryd to make it usefull. That is the only circumstance I sugest doing it at all.
