Will a S4 N/A auto starter work on a S4 N/A 5-speed?

I just need to know if a S4 N/A starter from an auto will work in a 5-speed. I can tell that the motor part is much bigger on the auto starter, but the actual gear part looks identical to the 5-speed. Will it work?

Nope. The mounting points are different.

All 5sp NA starters work on all other 5sp NA cars.

All automatic NA starters work on other automatics, as well as turbo II's.

Turbo II starters can work on automatics, although they are not as strong, and may not turn it as quick as it should be at startup (torque converter requires more power to turn, thus a stronger starter motor comes on the automatic).
