Will S-AFC and FD pump do?

Will S-AFC and FD pump do?
I´ve just installed my new turbo and I don’t know what route to take with fuel. It´s a slightly bigger T04B “S3-trim” rebuild on the stock turbo, and the wastegate is now ported. I have a Blitz Boostcontroller but it is not installed yet. I did install a FD pump earlier.
Will Apexí S-AFC and stock injectors help me tune in some richness under boost, or will I need 720 cc in the rear? I have a rolling road nearby
Another option is HKS F-CON, but it is very expensive here I n Europe and from what I understand, does te some job as S-AFC anyway. But it does have a boostsensor of its own, wich I guess is good. Still no ignition timing feature….
Last option is of coarse to go Haltec. I don’t want this, it is too expensive and too much work.
All I want Is 250 RWHP realibly, since this is my daily driver. If I set boostcontroller at 10 psi max, don’t you think S-AFC and FD pump will do? Oh, and I guess a FCD too is needed.
Will keep stock IC for now, FMIC later.
Thanks for your opinions, I cant deside. I want the cheapest way to be enough, but I don’t wanna blow my engine.
T2 –89 (Ser V) with PiperCross intake, Bonez DP, Bonez Racecat (Turboflo) Mazdaspeed 3” catback. Ran with this for 2 years great, made like 30 bhp, on my “buttdyno” but you always want more…….

For 250 rwhp, this is what Scott 89t2 told me I would need:
Full Exhaust, intake, bigger fuel pump, bigger secondary injectors, boost controller at around 12psi, fuel controller (S-AFC). FMIC highly recommended.
He also said 300 rwhp would require a turbo upgrade (which you have) at which point a FMIC is a must and haltech recommended. But you might still get away with a S-AFC. Possibly bigger primaries.
Hope that helps ya.

You will need an FCD for sure, and 720cc secondaries for insurance, you can probaly run stock 550cc but you will be taking a lot of risk in doing so. You wont need a FMIC but it never hurts, and you don't need haltek, the S-AFC will work fine.

Thanks guys, I´ll guess i´ll be ordering Greddy FCD, 2 Greddy 720cc´s and a S-AFC soon! Hope its not messing my mileage up..... i am a little worried about that when it comes to change the 720cc´s, but i hope the AFC can tune'em in....

Installation
Sure no problem, you should be aware though that i live in europe and it usually takes a while to get any orders here.... cant you just check Greddy´s webiste? I think they have installationgudies there.
Plus, i am maybe opting for the Greddy E-manage, and then i won´t be needing the fcd, so don´t count on it....
