Wierd Electrical Problems....

I'm having all around wierd electrical problems, and I need some help figuring out what it possibly could be....Heres the list of what happens

Passenger side window only rolls down with driver side buttons
Security system doesn't beep anymore when I lock the door from inside, and usually when i lock door from inside, the passenger door locks too, but now it doesn't, also when i lock the drivers side door, passenger side doesn't lock with it like usual
When I turn my headlights on, the rpms drop, blinker lights stay in the on position until I use the blinkers, which they then flash like normal, but the rpms go up and down like 500-800k every time it blinks, and the more i turn up the dimmers, the more the rpms go down.
Anyone know what might be the problem and how I could fix it? Poor grounding....bad wiring....? Any suggestions would be great. My moms bf knows electronics really well, but not so much car electronics, he can work with them, but hopefully with a little guidance from you guys, he can help me out so I dont have to pay to get this stuff fixed. Thanks

#1 Probably a bad lock out switch in the drivers switch (very likely), or a bad passengers switch (but that is much more unlikely). Clean or rebuild the switch contacts in the drivers switch or replace the drivers switch.

#2 Drivers latch switch is probably dirty or bad.

#3 check the headlight switch, alternator/voltage, and possibly a CPU in need of re-soldering. More than likely though it is the alt voltage.

BTW: the first two questions have been covered many times before, you may wish to search before posting next time.
