okay it does idle but i have to adjust the tension of the throttle cable in order to get it to do so.
i dont have any vac leaks and it idles steady when i do it the ghetto way. i did a TB mod and i also have all the emissions removed. meaning no BAC vavle. is there anyway i can get the car to idle without always fiddling with the throttle cable? this is kinda annoying because i dont trust it right now.

I have the same problem with my TII. I also just performed the TB mod. My idle is sometimes really low like 500 rpms and it seems like it wants to die out. When i turn the adjustment screw for the throttle cable i can raise it but it eventually lowers. The only idea i have right now is to replace the throttle cable to see what happens. I think that the inulation has melted in there causing it to gum up over so many years of heat getting into it.
I dont think removing the BAC can help because it adjusts air flow for electric loads put onto the engine like headlights, blower motor and such. I would reccomend putting that back it might help. I have mine and my car does at least idle pretty well.
Throttle cables arent cheap but its worth a try, im going to replace mine soon.

There is an idle stop scew you need to adjust. (since your BAC is gone) You need to use a small 8mm wrench to unscrew the stop nut, turn the screw clockwise to run it out a bit, then tighten the nut back. It takes a couple times of pulling the IC off and putting it back on to start the car, but it's easier if you've got a charge pipe to go straight into the intake manifold.
It's right on the back side of the throttlebody.
