Was there a heavy duty fan blowing on your engine/radiator?
If you're pushing high revs under a load condition, the engine is going to get hot. If your not moving the car along at 25-50mph (so the cooling system can properly work), you need an equivalent air supply to do the same job.
How high did your temp guage get?

temp stayed normal. There was a fan at the dyno, my stock fan. It made it out okay after 3 runs. Kahren on the other hand overheated because of a bad electric fan (power cord came loose).
oh i did 143 in 4th, 141 in 3rd
