WHP and Emissions?

Alright all you guys (and gals? right? maybe one out there?) I wanna know if it's possible to take my 88 TII to right around 310 WHP and still be able to pass the WA emissions testing.

Since it's the daily driver, I'll need current tags and whatnot, thus the need for emissions. I know that having a modded TII for a DD isn't a terribly good idea, but damn it, I bought this car so I could drive it!

Am I just dreaming or could this be made a reality?

try to PM Jerk_Racer, i watched him dyno his 89 TII at 320 RWHP and i didn't see any flames so i imagine he's running cats for emissions.

you probably could do it but you'd be restricting your car.
