Who has tried Victoria Tire?

I jsut ordered a package set of 4 wheels and tires from Victoria Tire. They charged my card, then email me a day later that the wheels are on back order. WTF? Why the **** would you charge me without checking your stock first? I talked to a guy there and he said it would take about 3 weeks for them to get them in, then they have to ship. So I have to wait a month. Now my question is...is that bullshit? Is it likely that I will be waiting more like 3 months for these? Anyone have experience with Victoria Tire?

I called and asked for a refund. They had no problem with it, however they said it will take 2-4 business days. I asked him what was up with that, and he said that it takes 2 days to process it, and up to 2 days for it to show up. Hmmmm...sound wierd? Should I call my card company and have them cancel it anyways, or just wait till early next week?

Yeah I'm glad they refunded me. I'm ordering the wheels from another retailer. Thanks for the advice!
