White gunk on oil dipstick?

Well, i was doing my once a week check on the oil (but I check it more like 3-5 times a week) and I had not driven my FC in the past 3-4 days, and before I turned it on, I found some white gunk around the oil dipstick. is this a "bad" sign?

I know when i had my DSM, finding white gunk around the oil cap, meant the head gasket is about to go, or SOMETHING along those lines.
