Unhappy White goo where you pour in oil.

I see allot of white goo in the area where you put oil in. and i see some condensation on the oil filler cap. the cap is plastic and is kinda cracked. I've been searching for this problem on the forums and could only find similar symptoms on cars that are leaking coolant into the motor. I hope thats not my problem. Can someone guide me so I can find out if its coolant or not?

If you searched "Lung butter" it would have returned better results. But basically it means change your oil, as its gotten frothy from too much aeration and fuel leaking into it. Clean the cap, or replace it for peace of mind and make sure your emissions system is working right.

it would probably help to put the purge control valve back on or get a catch can.
