Yea i have a lot of cleaning to do, what is the best for cleaning, that won't kill me or the metal...

I just use a damp shop towel and that does the trick. For removing grease and stuff, you can find engine cleaners at Autozon that aren't too toxic to use.

yea I have been using the Autozone Heavy Duty Enginge Degreaser....works well.
