Where to J spec?

I need another motor. I bought a TurboII from FL and it was shipped to me in ND. The guy did not use Anti Freeze. Needless to say the water froze ruining everything. So where does everyone recommend getting a Jspec motor? I have a 88 Turbo II. Also any advice on installation would be greatly appreciated. Like what componets will no longer be needed? What parts need to be swapped and so on...
Thank You,
Jeremy

Some of those places have them. Most of the emmisions are going to be different on these engines but not a whole lot else changes.

Check thepartstrader.com too they have them on there. Look for a guy named Brian Galloway. He should be able to hook you up.
