where can I get a factory TII hood other than a dealer for cheap?

where can I get a factory TII hood other than a dealer for cheap?
I need to find a TII hood (I know about the FC3S.org carbon fiber hoods but I'm poor) for a decently cheap price. Like less than 400 dollars shipped. Anyone know where I could find such a thing?
