These are custom made cast aluminum pieces fitting for 3.0" ID filters.
The insides are ramped for smooth flow.
The design is based on the HKS adapter, but the HKS unit has a 2.75" ID filter flange.
There is no other unit that I know of that offers these features.
I know of the Taiwanese knock-off's being sold all over the place for cheap; if that's what you want, then I got nothing against you paying for it.
I don't make or offer cheap crap like the rest of those vendors are offering.
These units are made in conjunction with hIGGItrix to offer the best performance for the money.
BTW, the $40 is shipped price so there is no hidden fees.

Your $10 eBay purchase can easily hit $30 with some vendors' fine print due to S&H fees.

lol if you buy from higgi, you get a package from the Czech Republic, and the guy at the post office looks at you like you're part of some secret international terrorist cell

and you get a free keychain, that I think my dog ate

Maybe it'll teach her to stop eating rotory- related items. I lose more car parts that way...
