When doing the TB mod, do you have to take out the whole TB?

Hmm I wondered how hard it is to do.
The other day my dad paid $400 to get one of his injectors replaced. Do I have to remove as much as the mechanic did?

Any chance I could mess up anything like the coolant hoses?
Could I also replace my 6 ports in the same time?

I'm scared

thanks!

I did the TB mod when my engine was out, but it is still doable in the car, however quite difficult. I say just pull off the TB.

Can I also put pineapple racing sleeves in the same time?
