Did you check the secondary throttle butterflies? If I remember correctly, they stay partially closed when the engine is cold.

ok i'm having the same problem, this weekend i'm going to try to solder in a new transistor for my idle circuit and see if that helps. but, on mine the part throttle when warm is crappy too so mine might not be the same.

I am working on this, but the car is having a nose job right now.

Its only when the ECu reverts to internal fuel maps at 4K

So maybe a secondary injector is opting out.
