Wheel Fitment?
So I was thinking about going with 15 x 7s or 16 x 7s, but I was wondering if a 0 offset would work with stock fenders on my FC. If not, what would be the most aggressive offset would work with this size wheel?

I've read that it will work. Might have to roll the fenders, I honestly do not remember.
Here's some wheels of different sizes and offsets to give you some ideas.

go at least 8" wide in the front, +30 is still just inside the fender. with a 9" in the rear, +25 should be the most offset without poking, then again i have a little unwanted camber in my rear, but i dont have money for camber arms. then for measurement sake, use this calculator: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

So what is the problem sticking with 15" x 7", the stock size for the vert was 15" x 6.5", which I think was a +38 offset, which I can't remember for the life of me if that is correct. Either way the current path I am looking to take is a set of Panasport 15" x 7" wheels that mazdatrix sells:
