Whats some good cheap quick power?
Ok so I'm new to here. What some things I can do to my FC to get more power?
Someone told me about a Throttle Body mod?
What are some other things?
Links to any?

exhaust, intake, street ported enigne, larger injecotrs, S-AFC, lightening the car, big shot of nitrous. On an N/A car don't really expect more than around 250 RWHP unless you add a peripheral or Bridge Port
If its turbo, bigger turbo.

you wil aslo need different upgrades along with these to ensure longivity of your car and engine, upgraded radiator, cold air intake system, and a score of other things that I'm too tired to write out. However I'm sure one of the nice people on here would be more than happy to tell you, and there will definatly be plenty that will direct you to the search feature. Either one is a valuable resourse I reccomend you use both. Good luck and enjoy your Rx-7.

The Standard FC air flow is still rated as one of the best for a standard setup, if you don't want to play around too much then go for a K & N replacement filter.
Best value for money upgrade will be the exhaust.

haha trust me i will be spending a lot of money on this car making it fast, just for right now for beginners i want to know what I can do for cheap to help it a little.
Basically I want to do things that take a couple of hours and the car won't be down for more than a couple of hours. I need this car to drive while my Subaru is in the Body Shop.
So far what I want to do is:
Cold Air Intake
Full exhaust
Pineapple 6 port thingies
Throttle Body mod
Remove all emissions ****
Thats all that I can think of right now. But the things I'm going to have problems with are the throttle body mod, i found a link for it, and the emissions removal.
What else is on the car that is off no use?

Have the same thing on my car... what do the sleeves do? --- And I don't have a shield... yet.... I was thinking that the stock air box would be better because it serves sorta as a Ram-air thing...

eh... you would think it would, but follow your plastic and see where it ends. you could goof with it and maybe extend it so it actually performs like a ram air deal, but from my own observations and deductions, it seems like all the plastic does is extend the opening to an area of the car that is cool, away from the engine, and sucks in the cooler air from there. if i'm wrong, someone please inform me, but i don't believe so. i have a k&n 3" filter on mine and i am currently making a cold air box to fit it. i have noticed a slight temperature rise, but nothing to flip out about, just do it right and you'll be fine. you can get the k&n from ebay or your local auto parts store and a cold air box from a guy on 'the other site' or just make it yourself... i you want the links, just e-mail me at naertz1@winthrop.edu and i'd be more than glad to share my knowledge.

On my FC, the previous owner took the standard air flow set up out, so now it's just the filter out in the open... is this better?

Open cone is OK but a cold air box will help.
If you have the standard filter, then no.
