I bought one from a coworker for $1500. He was getting a new car, and almost traded-in the TII. The dealer would have given him crap, so we were both happy. $3500 seems a bit high, unless the 7 has a recently rebuilt motor or something. I would try your workplace, if you work, and look for someone who's just trying to get rid of their 7.

Mine had a brand new paint job, less than 30k miles on it, precat already gone, all interior is flawless besides driver side seat (but who's driver side seat isn't ripped?) and new tires all for $1,480.00 bucks. Kenn CLEVELAND

well i guess the 7's in my area are just priced high, i just went and looked at a 1991 convertible and he was asking 4,000 it was in great shape but i still feel im getting ripped off. i guess my best bet is just to wait it out and keep looking on autotrader and the paper

My driver's seat isn't ripped. It's worn, but there are no rips.

I paid $ 2500 for my 89 GTU, with about 8000 miles on Mazda reamin motor, new brakes and good tires. I have seen several in the paper in the $ 1500 to $ 3500 range. I am in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. Check out Auto Traders web site www.autotrader.com and do a search.
