Just 5 minutes ago, i tried starting up my car because my sister told me i forgot to turn the wheels ( since im parked on a hill) ....When i turn it on.. it reved to about 4.5k and stayed there!!! it was loud!!i thought it would go down after a few seconds, but it didnt!!! so i turned off the car and tried again....same results...

Sounds like your fast idle system's going nuts on you...Try pulling at least one of the wiring connectors off of the temp switch in the lower left corner of the radiator, see if that helps (it should prevent the ECU from going to a fast idle)...If it doesn't help, you've got idle issues relating to mechanical linkage (throttle plates stuck a little, or fast idle cam being out of whack somehow), or something else weird going on...

Does your fast idle system normally kick in at 3K rpm when you start the car "cold"?

picts of sister?

oh...

accellerated warm up system may have been going nuts on you. Its normal for the car to rev high when you first start it like that. It will kick down to aoround 2.0-2.5krpm after about 15-20 seconds or so. After a couple minutes it should idle fine right around 800ish.
