What would it take to get my car to run low 14's high 13's
I just got my S4 TII and i will be putting an S5 street port motor and was wondering what mods do i need to do low 14's high 13's? I am pretty sure the intake manifolds are the same. but i know the S5 turbo/Waste gate is different. Is that compatable with the S4 wiring and stuff?

to use the s5 turbo you need the s5 mannifold. I'm not exactly sure on the wiring for everything else though.
As for running low 14's - high 13's, its pretty much childs play. Full exhuast - dp/mp, and catback should put you somewhere in the low 14 area, or easily 13.9's with some nice sticky 555r's. Of course with the full exhuast you need the fcd, fuel pump, blah blah blah....

- get a 3" mandrel exhaust turbo back, single or twin exit depending on your preference.
- S5 Turbine housing is good ,top end will be a bit restricted you may want to get the turbine "high flowed" ie get the blades back cut. I did but mine boost creeps after 6500rpm (needs the wastegate ports ported too). Even better still get a larger compressor wheel fitted, minor machining to the housing and tad more lag but then BOOST happens.
- Fuel pump, bolt a bosch motor sport or equiv in the tank. My S5 inline pressure regulator stuffed up so I added Malpassi a rising rate regulator as well
- Intercooler, the top mount interheater is good for... um errr, Oh I know mounting up the front until you can afford a proper FMIC.
- I currently have a K&N attached to the front of the turbo , cold air feed is still under construction.
- I'm in Sydney AU and I don't get why you just don't bolt in aftermarket fully programmable ECU's ?? why bother with SAFC's FCD's XYZ's.... when a Microtech/Haltech/etc.. will just about run the car right out of the box ?? .
Then you will have a REAL computer car game. Its a little daunting at first but about as hard as a VCR to tune, although you will need a wide band A/F meter at some stage to get the mixtures right.
My best time to date is 14.1 @ 100.81 mph. Driver performance was very poor + old hard tyres + too much boost hence lots of wheel spin. Car will easily do 13's
