The turbo transmission is always a nice upgrade but it means that you have to change the drivetrain completely or get a custom driveshaft built. In order to convert over you would need the turbo transmission, flywheel, clutch, differential, half shafts and so forth. Or you could get a turbo transmission, clutch, flywheel and have a custom driveshaft made.
And for the love of god, if you are going to put nitrous on your car make sure you follow the directions included and do some searching here as well. www.1300cc.com has write-up on how to do, what to expect, et cetera.

T2 tranny would work, like Acid said you will have to replace your drivetrain. Getting an adapter driveshaft can work but I would not advise it. If you are pushing alot of power then there is a good potential of breaking your half shafts. Also, by adding larger injectors you will need some type of piggy back fuel computer. As far as larger secondaries on a N/A, I don't believe it will help you any since you aren't able to add more air to the mixture. Pretty much you'll just be making the car run extremely rich which can actually lower your hp.
