The first one looks like a pressure bleed from the fuel supply line to the return line to stop flooding. It's a band-aid, and it's a bad one.
The second is the relief air line from the AVC. When air from the air pump isn't required, it's dumped out that line instead. It leads to a silencer under the headlight.

THe First one is the MAZDATRIX anti bleed down device, I had one on my 88 TII after I put in a Walbro Fuel Pump to stop one of the injectors from leaking down. It worked well.. BTW... if its on there.... Your car has a leakdown problem.... if it starts reliably, I wouldn't take it off just yet!!!!!
As far as the fuel line sticking OUT of the middle of the Mazdatrix part (going horizontally and to the right in the pic).... it isn't there on mine... however, if there is a fuel pressure gauge in your car, I would suspect that its hooked up to that line and somebody added an NPT fitting to the part to put that line in.
The Other Doo-Dad Is a silencer bulb... I assume that the hose is just hanging there.... you can take it out, however, you have to remove a plastice piece under the the front end to get it out.
Wait.... I see that your air pump is still on there..... if so, don't take that thing off....!!!!

That is just a line that connects to the ACV (Air Control Valve) , that is located on the LIM. The ACV gets air pumped into it from the airpump, and lets it routes it down a pipe into the catalytic converter. When air is not being routed to the cat, it is just vented, through this pipe. All that this pipe does is lead to a silencer (looks like a little muffler) that is located under the front passenger side fender. The only reason for it is that the air coming out of the ACV makes a weird whooshing sound , so they route it though a muffler. This is no part of the turbo system, and has nothing to do with the BOV.

Flooding is usually caused by dirty injectors, low compression, or both. The idea behind the thing in the fuel lines is to bleed residual pressure out of the fuel supply line so that the dirty injectors don't leak when the engine's off. All this does is mask one symptom of a bigger problem, while potentially lowering the fuel rail pressure slightly.
If you're still having flooding problems, have a compression test done. If that's OK, pull the injectors and have them professionally cleaned. If you need to rebuild the engine due to low compression, have the injectors cleaned while it's apart.

If you have flooding problems, you could also install a fuel pump kill switch. It was originally installed because I also race it, but if you turn it off by turning off the fuel pump, you're pretty much assured that it wont flood. I dont think at does anything bad to the car, though Im not 100% sure. I dont usually use mine anymore, though, because I just got it rebuilt.

I know this is very ricey to think of...
But the whooshing sound that happens if you take off the silencer for that ACV hose... does that sound like a BOV?
