what temp are YOU running

just out of curiosity, cause i have a good feeling my aftermarket temp gause is FUBAR...and wanted to know what everyones temp is, and where they would like it.

Cruisng around with 90+ temp outside I see 190F on water and 180-190 on oil.

turbo i would expect to run higher.... but not bad, 20b temps are insane...

I run about 187F to 190F at cruise, the e fans come on after 200, so it never really goes over 204F

Acceptable operating range is 210F

This is on my 'vert

what would i expect w/ emmisions removed, no coolant through the TB and no thermo?
