what size injectors for this?
If I were running a setup of the following,
DP,MP, Catback, Intake, FCD, and a walbro pump,
what size injectors should I get?
Also, I'm planning on running bigger boost later, so should I go ahead and buy huge injectors now as long as I have some sort of fuel management?

Your stock fuel injectors are fine.  Another option you might want to look at instead of going straight to larger fuel injectors is a fuel pump voltage regulator.  There are voltage regulators that rise voltage as boost increases.  Kenne Bell offers it's Boost-A-Pump, and MSD just came out with theirs.  This eliminates having to go with larger fuel injectors...

I dont want to sound thick but what exactly does it do?
I have been told i need to rewire my pump basicly fit a relay so the pump is at full power all the time insted of building up with the boost, is this basicly what they do?

It goes one step further.  By monitoring boost, it knows when you're going into positive pressure.  Once you go into boost, it regulators higher voltage to the fuel pump; a fuel pump running at higher voltage will output more fuel.  The Kenne Bell unit goes up to 16.0V (I use one myself).  The new MSD unit goes up to 22volts(!!!), which I think a bit too high for street cars.  B&M also has a similar unit that goes to about 16V also.
This eliminates the need to go with an upgrade fuel pump (for mild applications), and totally eliminates the need to rewire the fuel pump itself.
The Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump is a little over $200, so it's a bit pricy.
